Elementary department represents a transitional phase where students adapt to a full-day schedule, comprehend and learn to follow instructions from multiple educators. We believe that learning is most powerful when it is meaningful, engaging and connected to a child’s world. Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to encourage young learners to explore, ask questions and discover themselves as they grow in confidence and ability.
Our Approach
We guide students to develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Through experiential learning, interactive self-reflection exercises and guided introspective dialogues, they begin to cultivate emotional intelligence and a sense of personal responsibility—foundations for strong social and interpersonal growth.
Students are gently guided toward age-appropriate independence—whether it’s managing their own materials, making simple choices or expressing opinions. This empowers them to take ownership of their learning journey and become confident decision-makers.
Our classrooms are vibrant newly renovated spaces where questions are welcomed and wonder is celebrated. We create opportunities for inquiry-based learning where children investigate, explore and discover answers through hands-on experiences and guided exploration.
Instead of teaching in isolation, we use interdisciplinary, theme-based units that make learning cohesive and relatable. An integrated theme, such as 'Animal Kingdom' or 'The World Around Me', weaves together languages, environmental studies, mathematics and other subjects into a cohesive learning experience. This interdisciplinary approach enables students to recognise meaningful connections across subjects, fostering a 'holistic understanding rather than learning concepts in isolation or fragmented parts'.
Our curriculum aligns with ICSE standards while emphasizing conceptual clarity over rote memorization. We focus on building strong literacy and numeracy skills through active engagement, concrete experiences and continuous reinforcement.
