INFORMATION REGARDING THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-2021

 

Process to be followed while filling the form:

 

  • Kindly check your child’s age eligibility to confirm the class for which your child is eligible.

Admission will be given if the candidate has successfully been promoted from the previous academic grade.  In case the admission is being done when the academic year is already in progress, the candidate should be studying in the same grade in the other school.

  • Kindly fill in all the details carefully and check if the information provided by you is complete. 

  • All the necessary documents mentioned in the Important Instructions sheet are to be sent to school once you receive the mail confirming the form saved with us and the Registration no is generated.  This mail will also give you the details for making payment of the Application Form charges. 

  • Please make note of the login credentials sent to you by the system.

    Please print and preserve a copy of the form that you have filled.


    Important Instructions:


  1. FILLING UP OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ADMISSION OF YOUR CHILD.

  2. Admission is strictly based on merit. NO DONATIONS ARE EXPECTED  OR ACCEPTED.

  3. The school does not encourage any agents or management representatives for securing admissions. Please beware of any impostors. Dealings with such people posing as agents / management representatives will be at your own risk and will not be binding on the school / management.

  4. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final and indisputable.

  5. The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. 

  6. An intimation via SMS will be sent only to those applicants who have secured admission.

  7. Once you have received the intimation for your child’s admission, the full fees have to be paid within the deadline given by the school. If you fail to make the full fees payment within the stipulated time frame, the seat will be given to another deserving candidate without giving any intimation to you.

  8. In case, any information/particular furnished to seek admission to the School in the admission form or otherwise is found to be incorrect or misleading, the management reserves the right to cancel the admission, even after admission is granted.


Promotion: 

Students from Nursery to Grade 1, will need to fill a Promotion form and pay fees for the next academic year as per the schedule communicated by the school each year for admission for the next academic year to the next class. This will ensure promotion to the next standard subject to attendance, developmental milestones achieved and adherence to the rules, regulations and policies of the school.

If the Promotion form for the next year is not filled and submitted and / or the fee payment is not done for the next academic year,  it will be assumed that the parent is not interested in taking admission for the next academic year and the seat will also be considered vacant and filled by fresh applications. 


Fees:


  • Annual fees are payable in one single payment / per term (twice).  After receiving admission offer, fees have to be paid within the stipulated period as informed else, it will be assumed that the parent is not interested in taking admission and the seat will be considered vacant and filled by fresh applications.   Thereafter for any year / term, if the fees remain unpaid even after 15 days of the last date of fees payment, the admission of the student will stand cancelled. 

  • The school only collects the fees ONLINE. 

  • Payment of the fees once done is not transferable / adjustable or refundable under any circumstances.

  • Apart from the annual fees, the parents will be expected to separately pay the school for Outstation tours, school bus,  entry fees for various competitions, ICSE Exams, Newspaper, notebooks, Clubs, Sports coaching and any other payment as applicable from time to time.  

  • The school management reserves  complete right to modify the fee structure from time to time.


Documents Required : The self attested photocopies of following documents will have to be mailed in response to the mail you receive from the school after the preliminary form. Please don’t forget to mention the registration no in the mail.

  • Child’s birth certificate 

  • Address proof

  • highest educational qualification certificate (degree / diploma) of mother

  • highest educational qualification certificate (degree / diploma) of father

  • Child’s marksheet for academic year 2019-20 if applying for std 2 or above

  • KVO Certificate if KVO

  • Payment details of form fee of Rs. 1000/- made.
