Gillo Theatre Repertory would like to make a special offer to the students of Shishuvan for a children's play that is being performed at NCPA on 19th Feb. 2015.
The details of the play are as follows:

Brief synopsis:
Chacha Chhakkan Ke Kaarname is from a series of short plays for children, adapted by Begum Qudsia Zaidi from Imtiaz Ali Taj's short stories. The play revolves around Chacha Chakkan, a forty-five-year-old gentleman, his family, and the quirky misadventures that emerge from his penchant for interfering in household affairs.

The details of the special offer are as follows:
One Ticket Free for every Shishuvan student on purchase of one ticket. (Student must show a valid student ID)
Tickets are priced at Rs.200, Rs.300 and Rs.500/-
These tickets will be available for Shishuvan students as Current Booking only, 1 hour before the performance, at the venue itself. [We have allotted a sufficient number of tickets for this special offer]

Gillo Theatre Repertory is a Mumbai based company that produces plays for children and young people.
Gillo is curating the Begum Qudsia Zaidi Centenary Festival in 2014-15, during which 3 plays and an exhibition will be held at NCPA, Mumbai in Feb. 2015.
Begum Qudsia Zaidi, a writer, social worker and theatre practitioner, is best remembered for co-founding the Hindustani Theatre in Delhi. This festival celebrates the work of this important, though forgotten, figure of theatre, including her work for children.

2 other plays (that are not suitable for children) are also part of this festival. Details are in the attached poster.
